DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, AND RESCHEDULING
A $100 deposit is required to book an appointment. It will be applied toward the procedure cost and is refundable with a 72 hour notice.
If you will be more than 20 minutes late for an appointment, please call immediately to reschedule. Your deposit will be forfeited and a new date will need to be set, requiring another $100 deposit.
If you are a NO SHOW for an appointment, your deposit is forfeited, and the full cost of the procedure will be due upon booking a new date.
A 72 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you fail to call within 72 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions. A refund will happily be granted with at least a 72 hour notice.
Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone or reschedule your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 72 hour notice is needed or the deposit becomes non-refundable.
If you DO NOT call with a minimum of 72 hour notice, you will lose your deposit and any other future appointments will require another $100 deposit to book a new date.
CREDIT CARDS, VENMO, AND PAYPAL ARE ACCEPTED FOR DEPOSITS.
THE BALANCE IS DUE THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT VIA CASH, VENMO, PAYPAL, OR CREDIT CARD.
