DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, AND RESCHEDULING
BEGINNING JANUARY 2017...
A $100 deposit is required to book an appointment. It will be applied toward the procedure cost. It is refundable with a 72 hour notice.
If you will be more than 15 minutes late for either of your appointments, please call immediately to reschedule. Your deposit will be forfeited and a new date will need to be set, requiring another $100 deposit.
If you are a NO SHOW for your original procedure, your deposit is forfeited, and the full cost of the procedure will be due before booking a new date (which will be highly unlikely to book again).
If you are a NO SHOW for your free touch-up, a $50 fee will be due before booking a new date.
A 72 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you fail to call within 72 hours prior to your procedure date, your deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions. A refund will happily be granted with a 72 hour notice.
Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone or reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you need to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 48 hour notice is needed or the deposit becomes non-refundable.
If you DO NOT call with a minimum of 48 hour notice, you will lose your deposit and any other future appointments will require another $100 deposit to book a new date.
If there are any blemishes, pimples, active cold sores, irritation of the skin of any kind, moles or other skin imperfections in or around the area of the procedure, Karey WILL NOT be able to do the procedure until the blemish or area of concern is gone or the mole is removed and healed.
If you show up to the appointment and there is an area of concern you will be rescheduled and forfeit your deposit.
CREDIT CARDS AND PAYPAL ARE ACCEPTED FOR DEPOSITS.
THE BALANCE IS DUE THE DAY OF THE PROCEDURE VIA CASH, CHECK, OR MONEY ORDER.
